The cbd oil is really good I struggle to sleep at night, although it doesn’t make me feel sleepy it calms my mind so I can fall asleep easily. I suffer with lower back pain I noticed it was much less painful whilst taking the cbd oil.

Not usually one to leave reviews but Cbd has really helped me sleep since the first night. I usually have issues falling asleep and waking during the night, but in the week I’ve been taking it, 4 drops before I go to bed, I drop off within minutes and if I wake up it takes no time for me to fall asleep again.

I've been using the 5% oil for my sleep and the capsules during the day. Both have had a positive impact. I now actually feel like I've slept since using the oil which means my mornings are starting better.

I found this product helps massively with relaxation especially night time as I find it hard to switch off, since using CBD oil I have seen a difference with my sleep 😴 it doesn’t make me sleepy just shuts my mind off and let’s me get a good night sleep.
